AGREEMENT

This website, StockRocket.com is owned and operated by Stock Rocket LLC and is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions and notices contained herein. By accessing and using this website, you are deemed to have agreed to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

1. It is agreed that there is no representation, warranty, collateral agreement or condition affecting this Agreement except as expressed in it.

2. You assume all risk associated with investment decisions made on the basis of information contained on this website. StockRocket.com, its officers, employees, directors, shareholders, or agents are not investment advisors, nor a securities broker. The information provided here is made to investors and speculators in general and without regard to your investment goals, financial circumstances, investment knowledge and trading abilities.

3. Investors and traders can and do lose money from investments and stock trading.

4. All references to "you should buy" or "trigger price" should not be construed as a recommendation that you in fact should trade the securities.

5. That the Information that will be provided in this The Stock Rocket Report is not to be relied upon for your investment decision. That your decision to buy any securities is as a result of your own free will and your own research. THIS PUBLICATION IS FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY!

6. By subscribing to StockRocket.com, you agree that all material in the web site are for a single purchaser's eyes and e-mail address only. Should you decide to e-mail or to post content from StockRocket.com elsewhere, your membership may be terminated and you will forfeit the remaining balance of your subscription, without refund.

7. If a trial period is offered, subscriptions are billed upon completion of the trial offer. You must cancel before your trial period has expired in order to prevent automatic and recurring billing of your subscription. If no trial period is offered, you will be billed upon signup and automatically until you cancel. There is a limit of one (1) trial offer per customer.

8. Subscription payments are non-refundable.

Term of Agreement

The term of this Agreement will begin on the date the user chooses to accept this agreement and will remain in full force and effect until completion of the services.

Legal Expenses

In the event that legal action is brought to enforce or construe any term of this Agreement, the prevailing party will be entitled to recover, in addition to any other damages or award, all reasonable legal costs and fees associated with the legal action.

Modification of these terms and conditions

StockRocket.com reserves the right to change the Terms of this user agreement at any time by revising the terms and conditions herein, including, but not limited to, adding fees and charges for use. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions. Such changes, modifications, additions or deletions shall be effective immediately upon notice thereof, which may be given by means including, but not limited to, posting on StockRocket.com website, or by electronic or conventional mail. Continued use of this StockRocket.com website following any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

You expressly understand and agree that:

a. Your use of the services is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "As Is" and "As Available" basis. StockRocket.com expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

b. StockRocket.com makes no warranty that (i) the service will meet your requirements, (ii) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of this service will be accurate or reliable, (iv) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations, and (v) any errors in the software will be corrected.

c. Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the service is done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material.

d. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from StockRocket.com or from the service shall create any warranty.

Limitation of Liability

10. Under no circumstances shall StockRocket.com, its officers, directors, shareholders agents or its third-party providers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages (including without limitation, attorneys' fees), whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tortious action, that result from the use of, or the inability to use, any materials available on this website, even if StockRocket.com has been advised of such damages. If you are dissatisfied with any StockRocket.com information or other materials, or with any of the terms and conditions contained in this website, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using StockRocket.com. If StockRocket.com or any of its third-party providers are found liable in connection with a claim arising out of or related to the services or the information, their aggregate liability in such an event shall not exceed the amount of the fees paid by you for use of the service during the month in which the event giving rise to the liability occurred.

Because StockRocket.com has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that StockRocket.com is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that StockRocket.com shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.

Currency

12. Unless otherwise provided for, all monetary amounts referred to herein will be paid in US dollars.

Governing Law

13. It is the intention of the parties to this agreement that this agreement and the performance under this agreement, and all suits and special proceedings under this agreement, be construed in accordance with and governed, to the exclusion of the law of any other forum, by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to the jurisdiction in which any action or special proceeding may be instituted.

DISCLAIMER
