Frequently Asked Questions

Q - When does my monthly subscription renew?

A - Your renewal date will be the same day each month, corresponding to the day your membership began. For instance, if your first payment is billed on February 7th, then your next billing will occur on March 7th and so on.

Q - I want to subscribe to your service, but I do not want to use PayPal. Is there any other way to pay?

A - StockRocket.com uses PayPal's subscription payment solution as a third party billing agent.  By setting up a PayPal account, you can choose anyone of their payment methods including credit and debit cards, E-checks or wire transfers.

Note - We accept personal checks for yearly subscriptions (no recurring billing).  If you desire this option, please contact support@stockRocket.com for more information on discounts for annually payments.

Q- I’ve decided I want to become a subscriber to StockRocket.com.  What does it cost to be a member?

A - The subscription to StockRocket.com is ONLY $24.95 per month for a limited time only.  Due to the demand for our report, we must limit memberships.  Once those limited memberships are filled, the price of a subscription will go up 100% to 200% and a waiting list will be initiated.

Note: However, this price increase will not affect any existing member’s subscriptions. Those that have an existing membership for $24.95 will always have that price. We will never raise the price of the Rocket Report as long as members keep their membership current. Once a member cancels a membership and later decides to come back to the StockRocket, they will have to pay the substantially higher price.

Q - Do you protect your member's privacy?

A - StockRocket.com will never give your personal or private information to other companies, organizations or individuals.  In fact, by having a third party billing system as secure as Paypal, StockRocket.com never even gets access to your billing information.  We do not ever see your credit card number.  Paypal is the only one authorized to see that information.

Q – I must be out of my mind, I think I want to cancel my subscription, how do I do it?

A - To cancel your subscription, first go see your psychiatrist.  Just kidding!   If you for whatever reason decide that the Rocket Report is not for you, you would log on to your PayPal account and locate your StockRocket.com subscription and click the 'Cancel Subscription' button. Your subscription will be cancelled and you will no longer be billed.

Note: You can also send an email to support@StockRocket.com at least 3 days prior to your billing date: Subject line should read "Cancellation Request". The email should include your name, email address (that you used when you signed up) and your subscription number. You will be sent a cancellation confirmation email within 24 hours. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact support@StockRocket.com as soon as possible so we can cancel your subscription before you get automatically billed again.

Q - I signed up today and still have not received my login information from StockRocket.com.  What should I do?

A - If you don't receive your log-in information within one hour, there has been an email error. The most common reason a subscriber does not receive their invitation email is due to their SPAM (junk mail) settings. Please adjust these settings and email support@StockRocket.com to have your log-in information re-sent. It will usually be re-sent within 24 hours.

Q - I paid with an E-check instead of a Credit Card at sign-up, does it make any difference in how my subscription is processed through Paypal.

A - This is a very important question: If you subscribed using an E-check through Paypal, you will not receive any login information from StockRocket until the E-check clears.  This normally takes 3 to 5 days.  This is not a StockRocket Policy, it is Paypal’s.  Once your E-check clears the PayPal system, StockRocket will be notified and your password will be sent at this time.  The easiest way to get instant access to the Rocket Report upon sign-up is the pay with a credit card instead of an E-check.  Credit cards will generate an instant response with login information to follow within an hour of sign-up.

Q - I've sent an email to support@stockrocket.com but I still have not received a response.  How long does it take to hear back from you?

A -  Emails are never answered during market hours.   If you send an email to support, you can expect a response within 24 hours or the end and the next trading day.  Please be patient, responses simply cannot be immediate.

Q - How much of my trading capital should I allocate to any one stock?

A - Disciplined trading is very important to success.  Do not overload your portfolio in any single position.  Diversification will save you from huge losses.  If you have a large portfolio, we recommend a 5 to 10% allocation for each position.  In small trading portfolios, you may only be able to carry 4 to 5 positions at any given time. That would mean allocating no more than 20% of your total trading capital towards any one stock. A small portfolio may be defined as under $50,000 allocated.
